My tea lid wasnt on properly and it poured down the front of me when I tried to take a sip.

Quick service with a smile. Cheeseburger, BBQ Sandwich fries and tea were delicious.

🤣 this is why I always have my mayo i been here in midland for like 2 years this store never disappoints when it come to not putting certain ingredients on their burgers or bbq sandwiches always carry you own condiments sir here a dab of mayo 👁👄👁

While I love HTeaO, the one in Greenwood seems to be subpar. More times than none, I’ll order my favorite Texas Chai sweet tea and notice it taste as if it’s been sitting for some time or never changed out from the previous day.

6/17/25 Horrible attitude on young girl at the window. Also missing some common sense. Total was $3.67. Gave her $10.67 and she said “the total is only $3.67”. I said yes. She said you gave me $10.67. I said yes again. She gave me a blank stare then said oh you want change huh. I said yes. She then just hung her hand out of the window shaking my change at me. Also this is the only HTeaO store that will NOT ask you for your rewards phone number or provide you a receipt for points. You have to ask, EVERY time. Of course when the transaction was completed, she shut the window without a simple thank you or go to hell or anything. Absolutely unprofessional. Horrible store front for HTeaO. Do not recommend, drive into Midland..
